Doug Ford tornou-se oficialmente Premier de Ontário esta sexta-feira, 29 de julho, depois de uma vitória avassaladora do Partido Conservador nas eleições provinciais que se realizaram a 7 de junho.
A cerimónia realizou-se com Ford a ser empossado ao lado do seu futuro gabinete, que é menor em relação ao anterior. Ford, foi vereador de Toronto e assumiu a liderança do partido no início do ano, depois de Patrick Brown ter resignado.
